The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Keta Municipal Assembly, alongside other top officials, engaged with the Tsame Traditional Council to address critical development challenges in the community. The meeting saw the Traditional Council calling for various projects to uplift the living standards of their community.

The council passionately advocated for the construction of a robust road linking Tsame and Dorveme, recognizing its potential to improve transportation and economic activities between the two areas. Moreover, they emphasized the necessity of a culvert on the road from Tsame to Norliwotagbor to mitigate flooding and ensure safer travel.

Acknowledging the significance of electrification, the council urged for the extension of electricity to Kporgui, aiming to enhance livelihoods and bolster economic growth in the community.

Water challenges at Havene Lotsufedo were also brought to the forefront, with the council seeking solutions to provide clean and reliable drinking water to the residents.

Education took a prominent place in the discussions as the council highlighted the need for adequate furniture in schools at Tsame and surrounding areas to create conducive learning environments.

In response, the MCE and the assembly officials expressed their commitment to supporting these development projects. They pledged to collaborate with relevant stakeholders, allocate resources, and implement sustainable solutions to address the community’s needs effectively.

As the meeting concluded on a positive note, the shared determination of the Tsame Traditional Council and the Keta Municipal Assembly officials signified a promising step towards transformation and progress for the region.
