Twenty (20) parcels of leaf suspected to be Indian herbs (Weed) were destroyed refuse dump behind the Keta Municipal Police Headquarters. The order of destruction was given by the Keta District Magistrate Court.

The destruction by burning was supervised by the Court Registrar, a representative from the Police Criminal Investigation Department (CID) and the Municipal Environmental Health Officer
