In an unusual event, a sheep in the Keta Municipality suffered vaginal prolapse. The prolapse could be caused by a forceful push during birth, which brought out all the reproductive system. Swift response from the Agriculture Department included cleaning, disinfecting, and carefully repositioning the prolapsed tissue. Veterinary experts skillfully sutured parts of the vulva to prevent recurrence. The ewe is currently under observation, and her condition is reported to be stable.
